MALAGACAR.COM CAR RENTAL - only available at Malaga Airport

MALAGACAR.COM TERMS & CONDITIONS: Drivers must be over 23 years of age and have held a licence for at least 12 months.

THE HIRE IS FOR THE DATES AGREED AT TIME OF BOOKING ANY EXTENSIONS MUST BE ARRANGED VIA SUNSHINE GOLF. INSURANCE IS ONLY OPERATIVE FOR THE CONTRACTED DATES. YOU MUST PRODUCE YOUR COLLECTION VOUCHER ON ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT. The hire is based on the collection and return times on your paperwork. Return of the vehicle must be done within 2 hours of the time stated on your voucher. If you are more than 2 hours late an additional day will be charged.

Car hire prices include: fully comprehensive insurance with no excess, unlimited mileage, taxes & IVA, 24hr roadside assistance. Roof racks are not available, babyseats are 2€ per day, GPS navigation system 5€ per day. No charge for 1 additional driver and 1€ per day for extra additional drivers. Petrol (half a tank) and any ´extras´ charges are paid directly to the car hire company on arrival. Cars can be returned with an empty tank or if you return it with the original half a tank the fuel charge will be refunded. Upon collection of the vehicle you will be offered an OPTIONAL excess charge to cover wheels, tyres, keys, interior, undercarriage, roof & windows. We make no credit card charge unless you choose to pay by American Express when a 1.5% surcharge will be applied.

The vehicle is not covered against clients using the wrong fuel. PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL EXPENSES ARISING FROM REFUELLING WITH THE INCORRECT FUEL.

We are unable to guarantee a specific make of vehicle in any group since the fleet is being constantly updated but you will always get an equivalent car from the same group.

GOLDCAR TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cars are AIR CONIDITONED. Drivers must be over 21 years of age and have held a licence for at least 12 months. There are no other age restrictions.

Roof racks are not available, babyseats are 3€ per day up to a maximum charge of 36€. Additional drivers are 2€ per day to a maximum charge of 20€ per rental - only 3 additional drivers per contract. Petrol (a full tank) and any babyseat / additional driver charges are paid directly to the car hire company on arrival. The car hire company accepts: Master Card, Visa or EC Cards. They do not accept: American Express, Diners or Cash. Cars should be returned with an empty tank, there are no refunds on petrol. Upon collection of the vehicle you will be offered an OPTIONAL excess charge to cover wheels, tyres & windows. We make no credit card charge unless you choose to pay by American Express when a 1.5% surcharge will be applied.
